Established Ecommerce Pro Will Add Bench Strength to Merchandising Team

LOS ANGELES — March 04, 2020 — BrandJump, a leading ecommerce sales and marketing firm, announces Bianca Capasso as Associate Director of Merchandising. She will report to Shelly Jones-Jackson, Director of Merchandising and Operations.

In this role, Capasso will provide strategic leadership to the Ecommerce Merchandising team, which is responsible for how brands are presented across various internet retailers. Capasso will be cross functionally collaborating with the Channel Management, Creative and Operations teams, to ensure best in class merchandising practices are applied across the channel.

Capasso joins BrandJump from the home and fashion retailer Nordstrom Rack/Hautelook, where she oversaw ecommerce brands across all categories. In her most recent role as Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinator Manager, Capasso demonstrated expertise in merchandising, buying, advertising, retail, e-commerce and data analytics.

Each retailer has unique, very specific standards, but all share the goal of delivering an elevated digital package to their customer base,” Jones-Jackson said. “Our Retail Merchandising team is made of experts who can work within these parameters in a way that translates on a large scale. To that end, it’s vital to have a leader like Bianca, who brings industry-specific experience as well as a high-level understanding of the retail channel’s changing needs.”
